Outreach AI is a SaaS platform that helps students and professionals automate cold email outreach to startup founders. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized emails based on user-provided profile information and publicly available company data.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Outreach AI, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or harassing messages
• Use the Service to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to circumvent any rate limits or usage restrictions
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission
• Use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service

6. Email Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any emails sent through Outreach AI comply with applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and any other relevant regulations in your jurisdiction. We provide an unsubscribe mechanism in all generated emails, but you are responsible for honoring unsubscribe requests promptly.

7. Subscription Plans and Payments

Outreach AI offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

8. Free Plan Limitations

The free plan is limited to 10 emails per month. We reserve the right to modify free plan limitations at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fizza Mukhtar and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service, but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated emails will achieve any particular results. Results may vary.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outreach AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
